  I gave my other half a place on the Bread making course as a Christmas present. He really enjoyed the day, having a go at various types of bread, and he is now making me delicious proper bread and rolls.

  I was given a Pig & Pepper bread making course as a surprise birthday present and thoroughly enjoyed it. Laura was very welcoming and showed us how to make white loaves, sodabread, rolls and foccaccia, all of which we got to take home, in a friendly and practical way. She also gave us an excellent lunch. I left inspired and ready to tackle bread making on my own, something that came in especially useful in the snowy weather that followed!
