  Staff very polite when calling on phone. Wasn't kept waiting when I turned up for my appointment. I didn't feel rushed and is much nicer than my old opticians.

  Signed up for the lensmail service to get my contact lenses delivered to my address for a charge of £18 a month. A service I was initially happy with. Until I moved house and haven't changed my address as I asked them too, leaving me paying for contact lenses I am not receiving. I have been trying to get this issue sorted for a while now but I am just going round in circles. They do not seem to be willing to send me lenses or send me my money back. Thus leaving me out of pocket and unable to see as I rely on my contact lenses.
